What data we collect

The data you send us through the contact, quote and client onboarding forms: name, company, email, phone, tax ID, cargo and shipment details, tax and banking details, and any documents you attach.

Browsing data collected through Google Tag Manager and related analytics tools (pages visited, device, browser and approximate location), and the technical data Cloudflare Turnstile uses to protect our forms from automated submissions.

How we use it

To answer your inquiries, prepare quotes, manage onboarding and the business relationship, comply with legal and tax obligations, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the website.

We do not sell your data. We only share it with providers that serve us (email, hosting, analytics and security) and with agents or carriers when needed to coordinate your shipment.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for and, afterwards, for the periods required by applicable tax, customs and commercial regulations.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction, update or deletion of your data by writing to cargo@cargo-sa.com, under Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326. The Argentine Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP) is the supervisory authority for this law and handles complaints.
